- Schedule: Rotational shifts between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Additional Pay: +$6.00/hour ECE Wage Enhancement (for eligible certificate holders)

Core Responsibilities
- Curriculum Excellence: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the BC Early Learning Framework and our unique hybrid curriculum.
- Compassionate Care: Support daily routines (meal times, nap times, and personal care) while ensuring a secure and nurturing environment.
- Professional Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and developmental observations using digital systems.
- Environment Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom that invites exploration.
- Communication & Collaboration: Build strong, professional relationships with families and collaborate effectively with a dedicated team.
Requirements
- Licensing: Valid BC ECE License to Practice (Mandatory).
- Certifications: Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C (Child/Infant).
- Clearances: Clear Criminal Record Check (CRC), up-to-date Immunization record, and Health assessment.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong English communication (verbal and written) and basic computer proficiency for record-keeping.
