Robert Half is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager for an 18-month contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have robust experience implementing SAP S4 HANA within the manufacturing industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for handling our clients ongoing projects. You will be working closely with your team members and external vendors to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as managing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing large, complex enterprise-level projects that implement SAP S4 HANA in a manufacturing setting.
Collaborating closely with both internal team members and external parties to ensure a smooth implementation process.
Providing both tactical and strategic plans with a comprehensive list of project milestones and outcomes.
Participating in the design and testing phases, including design and testing of complex logic, coding, and configuration.
Establishing and managing risk and issues logs to ensure project risks could be mitigated, and issues resolved.
Preparing and delivering regular, clear status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Extensive experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.
Proven experience implementing SAP S4 HANA, within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Proven experience driving project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
PMP certification is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
