Vending Spots is a rapidly growing company specializing in vending machine solutions across North America. We provide equipment, location placement services, and ongoing support to help our clients successfully launch and operate vending machine businesses.
As our company continues to grow, we are seeking experienced sales professionals who excel at building relationships, conducting professional consultations, and guiding customers through the sales process.
Position Overview
This is an inbound remote sales role. All appointments are provided by the company. No cold calling, prospecting, or lead generation is required.
You will speak with prospective customers who have already expressed interest in our products and services. Your role will be to understand their needs, educate them on available solutions, answer questions, and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
This position is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy consultative selling, relationship building, and managing opportunities from initial consultation through closing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled consultations with prospective customers via phone and Google Meet
- Build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Understand customer goals, budgets, and business objectives
- Present products and services professionally and accurately
- Address questions and objections throughout the sales process
- Follow up with prospective customers as needed
- Maintain detailed CRM notes and records
- Manage a pipeline of active opportunities
- Consistently work toward sales and performance goals
- Collaborate with management to improve customer experience and conversion rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably phone or inside sales
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience conducting virtual consultations through Google Meet, Zoom, or similar platforms
- Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable discussing products and services valued at $12,000 or more
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Professional home office setup with reliable internet access
