New Patient Coordinator (Certified Dental Assistant)
Location: Langley, BC
Practice: Glow Orthodontics
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Alternate Thursdays, and Friday (No weekends!)
Ready to Trade Routine Chairside Assisting for High-Tech Diagnostics?
Are you a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) who loves the technical, precise side of dentistry but wants a fresh, specialized pace?
At Glow Orthodontics, we are looking for a digital-forward CDA to join our Langley team as a New Patient Coordinator. This is a unique, specialized role where you act as the "architect" of the clinical process. Instead of traditional chairside turnover, you will focus on capturing the high-quality digital data that builds every patient’s custom smile blueprint.
Job Description
You will completely own the diagnostic phase of the patient journey, focusing on cutting-edge technology, precision, and patient comfort:
- 3D Digital Scanning: Utilize advanced iTero scanners to create highly accurate digital models—say goodbye to traditional impressions.
- Clinical Imaging: Capture pristine digital Panoramic and Cephalometric X-rays.
- Clinical Photography: Take professional intraoral and extraoral photos for comprehensive treatment planning.
- The Patient Welcome: Serve as the friendly, guiding face for patients during their crucial first diagnostic records appointment.
No Ortho Module? No problem. We are fully committed to providing comprehensive, specialized training for the right tech-savvy CDA who is eager to break into the world of orthodontics.
Who You Are
- Licensed Professional: You hold a current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license in British Columbia.
- Tech-Driven: You enjoy working with modern software, digital tools, and advanced clinical tech.
- A Natural Communicator: You easily build rapport with both kids and adults, making their first clinical steps feel seamless and stress-free.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in "getting the perfect shot" and maintaining immaculate digital records.
The Glow Experience
- State-of-the-Art Environment: Work in a beautiful, modern office designed for both a premium patient experience and team efficiency.
- Collaborative Culture: Join a supportive, high-energy team of professionals who truly enjoy working together every day.
- Professional Evolution: This is the perfect opportunity to pivot your dental career into a specialized, high-demand field and build high-level diagnostic skills.
