What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Analyst, Rail Logistics in Toronto, CA to support the growth of the most advanced vehicle distribution model in the world. You will have a sharp eye for detail while also enjoy working on large-scale and complex challenges. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring Tesla is moving finished vehicles through our pipeline quickly and efficiently. Excellent oral and written communication is a must; having a positive attitude that excites and elevates everyone you speak with is equally important.
What You'll Do-
Build and maintain interdepartmental relationships

Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement within our network
- Monitor KPIs and report on findings/trends to leadership on a regular cadence
- Drive best practices that lead to accurate ETAs for all shipments of Tesla vehicles on a daily basis
- Mitigate “one-offs” by driving better system design and workflows
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to align on and drive towards excellent performance

Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- 2+ years of experience in Logisitcs, Supply Chain, or similar industry
- Comfortability with Excel, Tableau, SQL and/or other data visualization platforms is required; experience with vehicle distribution is a plus
