Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-time or Full-time Servers to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and preparation
- Assist in setting up dining areas, cleaning tables, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
- Provide guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for order entry, bill calculation, and cash handling
- Experience with food industry standards including serving, upselling, and cashiering is beneficial
- Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.30-$20.00 per hour
