Account Manager – Medical Devices (Ontario Territory)

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing Medical Devices team. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders across assigned territories in Ontario.
The ideal candidate will combine strong sales and relationship-building skills with a solid understanding of clinical environments. Candidates with a nursing, respiratory therapy, laboratory, medical imaging, or other clinical healthcare background are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Develop strong relationships with clinicians, physicians, hospital administrators, purchasing departments, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training sessions, and educational presentations.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to understand patient care needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives and growth targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback.
- Support product evaluations, trials, implementations, and post-sale customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and professional events as required.
- Work closely with internal clinical, marketing, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
