Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Project Estimator specializing in Home Renovations to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by accurately estimating project costs, managing client relationships, and coordinating with the construction team to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency with industry-standard estimating tools. Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate project estimates for our team to provide clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project scope, requirements, and budget expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions.
- Coordinate with the general contractors to review project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Assist in developing project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
- Maintain comprehensive records of estimates, client interactions, and project documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and construction techniques to provide competitive bids.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction estimating or project management within the home renovation or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency with Google, Microsoft platforms, and JobTread Software (able to provide training)
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Construction experience is highly preferred; a background in residential or commercial renovation projects is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, able to work alone or in a team environment.

Pay: $18.00-$50.00 per hour
