Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Assist customers with merchandising, POS transactions, and cash handling while maintaining accuracy
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers throughout the shift
- Maintain organized displays and ensure the sales area is clean and inviting
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport and foster repeat business
- Follow phone etiquette standards when interacting with clients over calls or inquiries
Qualifications
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is advantageous
- Knowledge of merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math is beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate products confidently
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform product demos and upsell effectively while maintaining professionalism
- Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently as needed
- Positive attitude with strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation
