Who are we…
We are a small office with loyal patient base in Waterloo. We take great pride in taking care of our patients as it were our own family. We also have staff that is committed to supporting you when things get busy. When at work we give it our all and at the same time we find enough time for personal life with adequate vacation time- that is paid.
What would be your responsibilities…
· The daily duties of a RDH, scaling, taking x-rays etc.
· Strong communication skills with the patient are a must, a gentle approach is our way of operating and providing all the information to our patients so that can make educated decisions about their oral health.
· Being a team player is a must, being able to recognize if another member needs assistance and the willingness to pitch in.
· Innovation – we are looking for someone who is an independent thinker and is able to contribute to improving the flow of the office and also thinking about how we can make our patient experience better.
