Wanted: Veterinary Medical Receptionist/Client Care Specialist

We are an independently owned, small animal hospital opening in the Comox Valley in Fall 2026, and we are hiring to have our team ready from day one. Your Role:
Our Client Care team members lead the front desk and client communications. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phones, managing inquiries, assisting with administrative tasks that support daily operations, and supporting your team wherever needed.
