Duties
- Greet prospective residents with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing detailed property information and answering questions
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and amenities to attract potential residents
- Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Maintain accurate data entry of applicant information using Yardi
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, updating resident records, and managing lease documentation
- Support the leasing process by negotiating lease terms and explaining policies clearly and transparently
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all leasing activities align with company standards and procedures

Qualifications
- Previous office experience or administrative background preferred, with strong organizational skills
- Proven sales experience with a focus on customer service and relationship building
- Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi is highly desirable
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate lease terms and benefits
- Strong data entry skills along with attention to detail for filing and record-keeping tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and exceptional communication skills

Pay: $32,505.04-$35,000.00 per year
