Esthetician Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Esthetician to join our Beauty First Spa team at our Burlington Mall location. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and customer service, with experience in basic esthetic services and strong threading skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform facial threading services
- Provide facial treatments and skincare services
- Perform body and facial waxing services
- Offer eyebrow and eyelash tinting
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment
- Recommend retail products and home care routines to clients
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client records and service notes
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications:
- Certified Esthetician (or currently enrolled in an esthetics program)
- Must be experienced and confident in threading
- Experience with waxing, facials, tinting, lash lifts, or brow laminations is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
