Position: Business Development Representative/Sales Executive
Maestro Consulting Group Inc is looking for a Business Development Representative/Sales Executive to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory across the North America. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Relevant role in Structural steel detailing/Construction industry or having field/shop experience is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing or related field or High school diploma.
Strong business and communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience/Enthusiast freshers are welcome too.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques .
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, trade shows or conferences (if required).
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with production teams to achieve better results.
Adhere to both budgetary and time constraints.
Should assist the management team during their official visit to Canada.
Base Compensation will be in the amount of C$15-25 per hour.
