We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. This position involves assembling mechanical and electrical components, performing inspections and quality checks, and testing finished products to ensure they meet company standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with tools, following instructions, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Assemble parts, components, and sub-assemblies according to drawings, work instructions, and production specifications
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards.
- Identify assembly or quality issues and report them to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow on the assembly line.
- Assist in the fabrication of parts as needed for production.
Requirements
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a similar environment is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge to read and understand work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, or technical drawings
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and procedures.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts and lift heavy weights up to 50lbs
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
