About the role:
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as the strategic point of contact for our e-commerce clients. In this role, you’ll bridge client goals with internal execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, performance targets are met, and relationships grow long-term.
You’ll work closely with media buyers, creatives, and strategists to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans that drive measurable revenue growth for our clients. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with performance marketing knowledge and a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of e-commerce client accounts and act as their primary point of contact

Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on retention and growth

Understand client business models, KPIs, margins, and growth targets

Coordinate internal teams to execute campaigns across paid media, creative, email, and other channels

Lead client calls, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions

Monitor campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and recommendations

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals

Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards

Proactively troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions quickly

Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic roadmaps
Requirements:

3+ years experience in account management, client success, or marketing strategy (agency experience preferred)

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Meta, Google, email, CRO, etc.)

Experience working with e-commerce brands or DTC businesses

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously

Commercial awareness and results-driven thinking

Proficiency with reporting tools, dashboards, and project management systems
