Service Sales Representative – Fire Protection

We are currently seeking a Service Sales Representative to support the continued growth of our Service Division. This role is focused on developing recurring service revenue through inspections, testing, maintenance, and repair work while building long-term client relationships.
This is a in office and field-based, relationship-driven sales role with strong potential for career growth in a stable and high-demand industry.
Areas of Accountability
- Develop and grow service revenue across:
- inspections, testing, and maintenance
- deficiency repairs and small upgrades
- Build new client relationships and expand existing accounts
- Identify recurring service and inspection opportunities, converting them into long-term agreements
- Conduct site visits, building walkthroughs, and client meetings to assess scope
- Prepare clear, accurate quotes and proposals
- Follow up consistently to close work and maintain pipeline momentum
- Track all sales activity using CRM tools
- Collaborate with service coordinators and field teams to ensure smooth execution
- Act as a trusted advisor by identifying compliance issues and recommending solutions
- Stay informed on fire protection codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Growing recurring service and maintenance contracts
- Converting inspection deficiencies into repair revenue
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (fire protection, construction, mechanical, service or related industries preferred)
- Proven ability to build relationships, manage a pipeline, and close business
- Proactive communication and strategic organizational skills
- Adept at working in a technical, service-oriented environment
- Ability to understand scopes of work and collaborate with technical teams
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and cost estimation tools
- Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
Assets:
- Experience in fire protection, construction, or mechanical services
- Experience quoting service or repair work

- Base salary: $60,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
