The Pinawa Club Restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our service team and oversee daily restaurant operations.
This leadership position is responsible for:
- ● Managing front-of-house staff and scheduling
- ● Delivering exceptional customer service
- ● Coordinating events, banquets, and special functions
- ● Managing bar operations and inventory
- ● Cash handling and POS oversight
- ● Recruiting, training, and coaching staff
- ● Working within a unionized environment (UNFOR 191)
Qualifications
- ● Restaurant or hospitality management experience an asset
- ● Strong leadership and communication skills
- ● Experience with scheduling and staff supervision
- ● Knowledge of bar operations and inventory management
- ● Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events
- ● Unionized workplace experience is considered an asset
