Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our welding team. We’re a busy welding and fabrication shop looking for a highly organized, task-focused individual to help keep operations running smoothly. This role supports scheduling, planning, material ordering, and estimating in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate shop work to meet deadlines
- Plan daily workflow with shop staff
- Order and track materials and supplies
- Assist with job estimating and material take-offs
- Communicate with suppliers for pricing and availability
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in welding/fabrication shop preferred
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic understanding of materials and shop processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
