As a Parts Manager you will:
- Oversee and manage the dealership's parts department operations, retail and wholesale.
- The primary point of contact for parts-related customer relations and sales, and handle customer service requests with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
- Your responsibilities include managing inventory control, ensuring accuracy in billing and administrative duties, implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability, training and supervising staff.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, all while demonstrating a high degree of accuracy, sound judgment, and attention to detail
What we look for…
CDK experience is an asset.
We require a valid provincial driver’s license
Strong product knowledge.
Experience in an automotive or similar industry’s Parts Department/ Inventory Control is a must
3 year dealership product experience is preferred.
Automotive dealership experience preferred.
