We're looking for someone who can-
- Show a minimum one year customer service experience
- Share their passion for hiking, biking, tennis, camping, skiing, snowboarding and running
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Use initiative and common sense to conduct themselves daily
- Maintain outstanding store condition and cleaning standards
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
- Welcome and greet customers
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Keep up to date with product information
- Follow all companies policies and procedures
- Ensure the store is organized and tidy at the end of a busy day, this includes sweeping, mopping, taking out garbage etc.
We are a tight knit team who not only work together but also spend time outside, there is room to grow within our locally owned business for the right candidate, wage will also be based on experience and wanting to learn, we are all about progression!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
