As we continue expanding across the Greater Toronto Area, we are building a team of knowledgeable, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Associates who are passionate about health, fitness, and helping people improve their lives.
This is not a general retail cashier role. We are looking for individuals who are interested in supplements, fitness, and wellness and enjoy educating customers and driving sales through product knowledge.
Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while providing knowledgeable supplement recommendations based on customer goals.
You will learn product categories in depth and help guide customers toward the right nutrition and wellness solutions.
This role rewards product knowledge, customer engagement, and a proactive sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer goals and recommend appropriate supplements
- Develop strong knowledge of sports nutrition, vitamins, and wellness products
- Deliver excellent customer service and build repeat customers
- Process transactions using POS systems accurately
- Stock, rotate, and organize merchandise
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing shelves and displays
- Support promotions, merchandising, and store presentation
- Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment
- Stay up to date on new products and industry trends
- Work closely with store leadership and team members

QualificationsRequired
- 1+ year of retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
- Experience in supplement, fitness, wellness, or nutrition retail
- Personal use or knowledge of supplements and sports nutrition
- Understanding of product categories such as protein, creatine, pre-workout, vitamins, and recovery supplements
