Full-Time & Seasonal Servers – On-Course, Dining & Events
Camelot’s Food & Beverage Department is currently hiring professional, service-driven Servers to join our team for the 2026 season.
We welcome experienced hospitality professionals, post-secondary students seeking meaningful seasonal employment, and retired professionals looking to remain active in a refined and social work environment.
Servers provide exceptional food and beverage service to Camelot Members and their guests across multiple service environments including:
- On-course dining and cart service
- The Legend Grill (casual dining)
- The Hut quick-service outlet
- The Great Hall dining room
- Three-level patio service
- Golf tournaments
- Private events including weddings, anniversaries and corporate functions
- Member events and Club-hosted programming
At Camelot, service is intentional, warm and elevated. We are seeking individuals who understand the standards of a private club environment and take pride in delivering polished hospitality across varied service styles.
Please note: Candidates must have reliable transportation. Public transportation does not service our location.
Peak Season Requirement
Candidates must be available to work consistently during our peak operating season from May 1 through October 31, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet Members and guests in a polished and professional manner
- Execute service across à la carte dining, quick-service, cart and banquet environments
- Provide detailed menu knowledge and thoughtful recommendations
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry and delivery
- Support golf tournament and large-scale event execution
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including banquet functions
- Maintain communication with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Process member billing and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all service areas
- Adhere to all Smart Serve and food safety regulations
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Promote club amenities, programming and special events
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage leadership team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year serving experience preferred (private club, restaurant or hospitality setting)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and service mindset
- A valid Smart Serve Certificate is required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop and carry trays safely
Position Details
Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal
Contract Length: 5 months
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected Hours: 25–40 per week
