Based in Collingwood, our boutique studio offers a variety of services, including movement classes, thermal circuits, acupuncture, registered massage therapy, holistic facials, and more. Our goal is to provide a welcoming space where clients can relax, restore, and reconnect.
Position Overview
The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional atmosphere. This role combines customer service, scheduling, and light facility upkeep to ensure smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage clients, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported
- Manage phone calls, scheduling, and booking system tasks
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate client records
- Educate clients on services and protocols, and ensure all documentation is completed
- Issue massage therapy receipts in compliance with CMTO requirements
- Support practitioners by maintaining smooth appointment flow and clear communication
- Maintain facility standards, including cleaning, laundry, and restocking supplies
- Promote upcoming services, packages, or retail items when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- we are currently looking for weekend availability- shifts are from 8am-3pm Saturday and Sunday
- 1+ year of administrative or front desk experience (required)
- 1+ year of customer service experience (required)
- Experience with scheduling/booking systems (preferred)
- Secondary school education (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Willingness to perform cleaning and light facility maintenance tasks
- Interest in wellness and movement
Schedule & Pay
- Part-time | weekends with the potential to expand
- From $18.00/hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
