We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in Vancouver. This is a permanent role for someone who leads by example, knows how to motivate a team, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise janitorial staff at multiple sites
-Perform regular site inspections and maintain high cleaning standards
-Cover shifts and assist with cleaning when necessary
-Maintain equipment and supply inventory
-Communicate with management and help coordinate schedules
Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years janitorial experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
-Experience using floor machines, leaf blowers, pressure washers and cleaning windows
-Able to lift up to 30 kg safely
-Must speak fluent English
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
-Able to pass a criminal record check
-Willingness to clean and be on call when needed
-Available for mostly afternoon shifts, with some daytime and occasional on-call coverage
