Accountabilities:
Conceptualize, develop, produce and order creative for the Sales, Marketing, Retail and in-house brewery needs. Including marketing programs, banners, posters, sell sheets, vehicle wraps, digital assets, merchandise and more
Assist with photography needs
Design & update all HR related visuals as needed (staff announcements, invites, H&S, etc.)
Design on-site & internal signage (brewery, retail, tour, etc.) as needed
Assist with & create on-line promotions, web banners & social needs as required
Visually support detailed presentations for the sales and marketing purposes
Think creatively to develop concepts and layouts while ensuring integrity of all creative is maintained according to brand standards.
Take direction and feedback successfully from Creative Director and other key stakeholders
Confident and adept at presenting and articulating designs to various internal stakeholders
Amend final designs to Creative Director & VP of Marketing comments to gain full approval
Project manage each creative request, paying close attention to details, managing time-line and working independently
Assemble files to prepress, print production and external supplier specifications
Participate in strategizing and brainstorming in collaboration with creative and marketing teams
Develop and maintain rapport with creative suppliers and assist with invoicing, quoting and any other admin needs as requested by Creative Director
Inspect and label print goods upon arrival
Work proficiently in a Mac environment using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

Experience & Qualifications:
Must have a College or University degree in Graphic Design
Up-to-date digital or printed portfolio is required for review
4 to 6 years’ design experience working in an in-house creative department or design firm
Excellent organizational, problem solving, time-management, multi taking and conceptual skills with a high-level sense of design & creativity
Excellent knowledge in layout, typography, branding and design principles
Strong understanding of colour theory, prepress, die lines and graphic production process
Adaptable and quick learner.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. No egos needed
Strong in Adobe Creative Suite (Mac Platform)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently
Confidence with providing and receiving feedback is essential
Basic knowledge of photography is an asset
Illustration skills are a bonus
Any additional specialized skill sets (3D, Motion, Web etc.) are an asset
