Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, including setting up and breaking down stations
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and accommodating special requests
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest ages when necessary
- Assist in opening or closing duties as assigned, including stock replenishment and cleaning
Skills
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is preferred
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for cashiering, making change, and calculating bills accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and committed to providing outstanding service. All roles are paid positions, including internships.
Pay: $3,000.00-$3,500.00 per month

- Smart Serve (required)
