Dundas Euclid Animal Hospital is looking to add a FULL TIME Veterinary Customer Service Representative to our team! The perfect candidate should be energetic, responsible, hard-working, has a passion for animals and who can work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Booking appointments using our Avimark software or another veterinary software is an asset.
Handling cash sales and processing credit card payments.
Keeping accurate medical records.
Promotion of clinic products and services.
Day to day cleaning of the clinic.
Answering the phone.
Stocking food shelves.
Assisting clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of Veterinary Reception experience.
Experience using Avimark or another veterinary software.
You stay focused and can mange your time well.
Willingness to learn.
You can multi task.
You think on your feet and are not afraid to offer solutions, improvise and repeat when necessary.
Enjoy organizational tasks and keeping things neat and tidy.
You enjoy working in a team and your colleagues consider you dependable.
Not afraid to get dirty.
Personable and friendly.
Enjoy the occasional slobbery kiss from a four-legged friend.
Speaking Spanish or Portuguese is an asset but not required.
Able to work morning, evening and weekend shifts. FULL TIME hours will consist of approximately 30-40 hours a week and will include a Saturday shift on rotation. Wage will be based on experience.
