The Role
Our client is an established environmental and construction services company just north of Toronto, and they are hiring their first dedicated BDR. You’ll own the sales territory, build the client base, and grow into a Sales Team Lead as the business expands. If you have existing relationships with construction managers, land developers, or general contractors, this role was written for you.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and close new business with construction managers, land developers, general contractors, and civil engineers across the Golden Horseshoe
- Track development pipeline activity , tenders, rezonings, brownfields , and convert leads into long-term accounts
- Deliver proposals and presentations; manage quotes from outreach through to close
- Report weekly on pipeline and attend site meetings, RFQs, and industry events
What You Bring
- 5+ years B2B sales experience in construction, land development, civil engineering, or environmental services
- An active network of construction managers, developers, or contractors , essential
- Track record of hitting revenue targets in project-based sales
- Valid G licence; willing to travel across the GTA and Golden Horseshoe
What’s On Offer
- $70,000 to $110,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
- Uncapped commission on project revenue
