Cloverdale Paint is seeking an ambitious individual for a full-time position with open open availability at our store in Winnipeg, MB.
This role involves heavily supporting warehouse needs.
Weekend availability is a requirement for this role, as there is a shift rotation.
Wage is negotiable depending on previous experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering basic customer inquiries in person and by phone
- Determining and recommending products to customers ensuring the customer is supplied with all items required for their project
- Tinting & shaking paint accurately
- Keying in sales and operating basic functions of the POS system
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks
- Scan in all incoming distributions and transfers, maintain shipping logs and file all paperwork
- Sort shipments and distribute product accordingly
- Transfer stock to other stores as requested
- Participate in inventory counts and product replenishment
- Stock shelves and rotate product in accordance with batch date
- Schedule shipping with couriers as required.
- Detail received shipments from supply companies
- Keep shipping/receiving area clean and organized.
- Assist in the tint room when needed processing orders and making spray cans
- Deliver exceptional customer experience to support your team in achieving performance targets
- Actively participate in all offered training and report any safety concerns immediately to management and safety steward
- Fulfil cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe workplace
- Ship and receive product, review packing slips for accuracy
- Other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 1-year of Retail Sales and/or Paint Industry experience
- Ability to lift up to 70 lb regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills

Physical Demands of Position
