Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Serbian speaking Pharmacy Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Help in preparing blister packs
- Answer phone calls and assist patients in person or over the phone
- Assist pharmacists with dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare medication labels and organise stock for easy retrieval
- Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Ensure the pharmacy environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
- Manage stock levels, including ordering supplies when necessary
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing prescriptions
Experience
- Must speak Serbian
- Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant or in a healthcare setting is highly desirable but not mandatory
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach towards patients
