JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Carry knowledge of our signature products and menu items
· Take walk-in orders quickly, efficiently, and with great customer service
· Take advance orders (pre-orders), following appropriate procedures and policies
· Answer all customer inquiries with great attitude, care, and efficiency
· Ensure all payment protocols and procedures are followed strictly according to company guidelines and training
· Ensure all food/ product packaging is always ready and organized
· Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized service counters
· Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary food display areas and trays
· Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) food and service handling
· Ensure all food and order labels are properly assigned and accounted for
· Ensure fellow staff and customers are adhering to proper COVID-19 protocols, procedures, and policies
· Disinfect all frequently touched areas
· Occasionally bake some pastries and aid in kitchen/ order prep during busier seasons
COMPENSATION:$17.60/hour Student $16.60. Pay is determined by skill, efficiency, and experience.
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week with possibility for full-time position based on performance.
