Coasters Coffee is looking for a Cafe Supervisor / Lead to help build and lead our team.

What You’ll Do
- Support day-to-day café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Lead shifts and help coordinate daily team responsibilities
- Train, mentor, and support team members to succeed
- Uphold quality standards across food, beverages, and customer service
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences and foster a welcoming environment
- Maintain café cleanliness, organization, and basic equipment care
- Support inventory organization and communicate stock and ordering needs
- Step in wherever needed to support the team and maintain service flow
What You Bring
- A positive, motivating, and team-focused attitude
- Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or hospitality leadership role
- Strong specialty coffee and barista skills with the ability to coach and support others
- Valid FoodSafe Level 1 certification
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good organizational skills and understanding of day-to-day café operations
- Experience supporting scheduling, inventory, or shift coordination is an asset
