A well-established pharmacy clinic located in city is seeking for a Solid pharmacist to cover their coverage gaps over the next few months.
Multiple dates available to fit your own availability.

Available Dates:
Full-day sessions (9 AM – 5 PM):
Jul 16, 28, 30 Aug 4, 10, 12, 13, 25, 28 Sep 1, 3, 21, 28 Oct 13
Half-day sessions (10 AM – 2 PM):
Jul 18, 25 Aug 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 Sep 5, 26 Oct 10
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including expert medication counselling and evidence-based therapeutic advice to patients.
- Ensure precise and accurate medication dispensing while effectively managing inventory and maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and administer vaccinations in alignment with scope of practice and established clinical protocols.
- Foster positive, patient-centered engagement through clear, compassionate communication to support optimal health outcomes.
- Dispense RX daily. (Estimated 150RX)

Requirements:
- Licensed Pharmacist in the Ontario College of Pharmacy.
- Proficient in clinical knowledge and patient communication.
- PT on-site – No injections needed.
- Willingness to go above and beyond in-patient care, delivering outstanding and quality experience.
- System knowledge is not required.
