We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and resourceful Service Technician to join our team. If you enjoy building things, figuring out how they work, solving unexpected problems, and seeing your work come to life, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build, assemble, install, modify, and repair custom trade show booths, displays, counters, platforms, structures, and event environments.
- Work with a variety of materials, tools, hardware, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot problems on the shop floor and at client sites and find creative solutions when things don’t go exactly as planned.
- Prepare and install booths and displays at trade shows, events, and venues.
- Perform on-site installations, dismantling, adjustments, and repairs.
- Make sure everything is safe, solid, functional, and looking great before it goes in front of the client.
- Work closely with our production, warehouse, project management, and creative teams to bring projects from drawings to reality.
- Keep tools, equipment, materials, and work areas organized and ready for the next project.
- Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe and professional work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in carpentry, construction, fabrication, installation, millwork, or a related trade.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with hand and power tools.
- A natural problem-solver who can look at something and figure out “How are we going to make this work?”
- Comfortable working with different materials and learning new techniques.
- Good attention to detail—you take pride in making things look right.
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where projects and priorities can change.
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Experience with trade shows, events, exhibits, or custom fabrication is an asset.
