Overview
we are seeking motivated and mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working outdoors. We maintain lawns both residential and commercial and are looking for a team that can complete the weekly contracts properly and efficiently. once trained, employees will be driving a company truck completing a list of properties tasked to them day by day.
VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine lawn care (mowing, trimming and clean up)
- Operate machinery such as lawn mowers, string trimmers, leaf blowers, etc
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance projects
- Driving to and between properties being serviced
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment storage
Requirements
- Proven experience with landscape and or lawn care
- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS REQUIRED
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Experience operating excavators or other heavy machinery is a plus
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to machinery operation and construction sites
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in landscaping or facility maintenance is highly desirable
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
