Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support site cleanup activities to maintain a tidy and hazard-free work environment
- Perform basic construction or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
- Help with setting up work areas, including organizing supplies and preparing tools for daily use
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure personal safety and that of team members
- Operate simple machinery or power tools when trained and authorized to do so
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Reliable transportation to get to the worksite daily
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
