Overview
Au Pain Dore CAFE/BAKERY seeking a friendly and energetic with minimum ONE YEAR experience as a Barista/Cashier to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service, crafting quality beverages, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. The position offers an opportunity to develop barista skills while ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. Prior experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Operate cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
- Restock supplies and ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
