Dockside Marine Centre is continuing to grow and is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in West Kelowna, BC.
Must be proficient with computers, have strong communication skills and be able to multitask. Experience with phone systems is a plus.
Other duties and skills required include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate with customers in various channels
- Create and update records and databases for storage customers
- Track stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
- Customer Service is paramount
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
