Duties
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret shop drawings and work orders.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with packaging, inventory management, and general shop duties as required.
Experience
- Previous woodworking, cabinetmaking, carpentry, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate woodworking equipment such as table saws, routers, planers, sanders, and CNC machines (if applicable).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to read measuring tools and follow technical drawings.
- Physically capable of lifting up to [50 lbs / 23 kg] and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
