What you'll do
- Work fresh inbound leads the moment they land no cold-call grind
- Build rapport fast, understand what the customer needs, and match them to the right deal
- Own the conversation: handle objections, create urgency, and close
- Keep your pipeline tight and follow up relentlessly
- Hit (and beat) monthly sales targets

Who we're looking for
- A driven, motivated closer who's hungry to earn
- Strong phone presence you can hold a call and move people to "yes"
- Sales experience (auto, retail, phone sales, or any high-volume closing role is a plus not a deal-breaker for the right hustler)
- Comfortable with a fast pace and a lead volume that never stops
- Self-motivated, coachable, and money-driven
