Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, with experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards while ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.

Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients.
- Monitor food quality during cooking to ensure consistency and adherence to health standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is a must.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
