The Connelly Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused professional to join our growing luxury real estate team.
This is much more than an administrative role. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, solves problems, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Working closely with the Team Lead, you'll support listings, operations, marketing initiatives, client events, and transaction coordination while helping ensure every detail is handled with care and professionalism.
While this role begins as a six-month contract, our goal is to hire someone who wants to build a long-term career with us. We are investing in finding the right person and envision this becoming a permanent position with salary growth, benefits, and increasing responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience
- Deliver concierge-level service to clients throughout the buying and selling process
Operations & Coordination
- Manage transaction timelines from listing through closing
- Coordinate photographers, stagers, inspectors, trades, cleaners, and sign installation
- Keep projects moving while anticipating next steps
Marketing & Events
- Support listing launches
- Coordinate client appreciation events
- Assist with marketing initiatives and branded gifting

- Ensure every interaction reflects the Sotheby's luxury brand

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and solutions-focused
- Comfortable learning new technology and software
- Able to manage competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys contributing ideas and improving systems and processes
Experience in administration, executive support, hospitality, project coordination, client service, or real estate is an asset.
Real estate experience is helpful but not required—we'll train the right person.
