Job Summary
Osmi Homes Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrator to support and coordinate administrative operations in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities, ensure accurate and organized documentation systems, and coordinate administrative support for our company’s operational workflows.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative procedures for office operations, including managing documentation systems for both internal related functions and construction projects;
- Set administrative priorities, coordinate workflows, and provide guidance to internal office support functions to ensure deadlines are met and documentation, including project-related information, is appropriately stored;
- Coordinate administrative resources to support office operations and project documentation management, including record-keeping processes, forms, and digital and paper-based filing systems;
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures and assist in implementing improved systems for filing, tracking, reporting, and communication;
- Oversee procedures for the storage, organization, and distribution of construction-related documentation, as well as administrative processes related to contracting, procurement, and project planning;
- Compile information required to prepare budgetary and project status reports, in addition to correspondence, for management review;
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintain inventory records and budgetary control systems to support administrative cost tracking and financial monitoring;
- Other duties as required.
Minimum Skill Requirements
- Completion of high school is required;
- Must have at minimum three (3) years of work experience in administrative or office coordination related roles, OR a university degree or college diploma in business, office administration or a related field with at least one (1) year of work in administrative or office coordination related roles;
- Prior experience working within a construction, real estate, or project-based administrative environment is required;
- Must be proficient in MS Office;
- Experience with ERP systems such as MS Dynamics is an asset but not required;
- Proficiency in verbal and written English is required;
- Must have strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
Pay: $65,520.00 per year
