We are seeking a dedicated Residential House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in clients' homes, ensuring a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and clean windows and mirrors
- Sanitize surfaces and fixtures to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Organize and tidy up rooms as needed to meet client specifications
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
- Follow specific client instructions for customized cleaning requests
- Maintain a professional attitude and ensure respectful interactions with clients at all times
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation is a MUST for timely arrival at client locations
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and respect for client privacy are essential skills for success in this role
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
