Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service that exceeds client expectations. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Organize and prioritize cleaning schedules to meet client deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment by following health and safety protocols
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to handle laundry tasks and light cooking responsibilities as needed
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently in various residential settings
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Pay: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
