Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement across various digital platforms. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, optimize online presence, and analyze performance metrics to ensure marketing objectives are met.
Duties
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage website content using WordPress, ensuring accurate updates and engaging user experiences.
- Design compelling graphics and visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
- Implement HTML and CSS modifications to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Coordinate with the content team to create engaging blog posts, landing pages, and promotional materials aligned with marketing goals.
- Monitor industry trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics to recommend innovative approaches for campaign optimization.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital platforms while ensuring compliance with best practices in digital advertising.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience managing websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, and email marketing tools.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and strategies for driving online sales is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present insights clearly.
