We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, possess mechanical knowledge, and excels in customer service.
This is a contract position with the possibility to extend.
Salary based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose vehicle issues using schematics and diagnostic tools
- Utilize power tools to disassemble and assemble vehicle components
- It can operate independently from basic oil changes and tire maintenance to bearings, half-shafts, and lower control arms.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance to clients
- Must be able to work weekends as needed
Experience
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
- Basic mechanical knowledge with the ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot vehicles
- Proficiency in using power tools for automotive repairs
- Ability to assemble and disassemble vehicle components efficiently
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
