Qualifications
- Previous experience operating excavators and/or dozers.
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
- Ability to read grades and plans is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Position Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and/or dozers safely and efficiently.
- Perform excavation, grading, site preparation, trenching, and earthmoving tasks.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Follow project plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Work effectively with ground crews and other operators.
