Silverzinc Motors is a boutique automotive dealership serving customers across Canada for nearly 20 years. We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, professional, and career-minded Automotive Sales Assistant Consultant to join our team.

We want someone who:
- Sees automotive sales as a long-term career
- Wants to grow toward Sales Manager, Finance Manager, or General Manager
- Builds relationships and values repeat business and referrals
- Is coachable and willing to continuously learn
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
- Can handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
- Is motivated by goals and has a strong desire to succeed
Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience is an asset — but we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle selection and purchases
- Respond to phone, online, email, and walk-in inquiries
- Follow up with new and existing customers
- Schedule appointments and test drives
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
- Work toward monthly sales goals
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Professional and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous sales, customer service, or automotive experience is an asset
